The Little League Coach: is first and foremost a role model and a  teacher. Good coaching is not about producing winning teams; it's   about asking every day before a practice or a game: "What can I do  today for my players to make it fun and teach them the love of the  game".  The best lesson a coach can teach his or her players is that  "playing fairly makes everyone a winner".
